The Pony in The High Castle (PIHC) is a comprehensive worldbuilding series derived from fan work based on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Its premise is that in S09E25 the Triumvirate won the Final Battle and the Mane Six were defeated and imprisoned. The setting focuses on how each species survives and resists under the new order established by the Triumvirate of Cozy Glow, Queen Chrysalis and Tirek.
The setting spans many formats — music, interactive videos, game mods (antibody, Age of Civilizations II, Hearts of Iron IV and Victoria 3), fan art collections, fan fiction, fan animation and tabletop RPG scenarios. Content may differ slightly between formats; this wiki focuses on the Hearts of Iron IV mod but also covers the other parts.
The PIHC team is currently expanding the background and worldbuilding, and adding both playable and framework storylines to the game.

What if Cozy Glow, Chrysalis and Tirek had won the Final Battle… what kind of world would that be?
In this alternate world, the timeline diverges from G4 Season 9 Episode 24… In the Final Battle that decided Equestria's fate, there was no help from ponies of other regions or from other species, and the Mane Six were defeated. In 999, the villainous legion known as the “Triumvirate” — Cozy Glow, Queen Chrysalis and Lord Tirek — won the Final Battle.
In 1001 the “Triumvirate” signed an agreement in Canterlot to divide Equestria: Cozy Glow became the legitimate ruler of Equestria and proclaimed herself “Empress of Friendship”; using the absolute power of an alicorn and beguiling words, she built a loose, feudal state upon Equestria's ruins. After conquering the Changeling Kingdom by force, Queen Chrysalis purged all who opposed her, restored her unquestioned and supreme leadership, and returned the entire changeling species to its original unhatched state. Lord Tirek, who cared little for power and far more for strength, used Grogar's Bell to take half of Equestria's magic, returned to his centaur homeland, and enslaved every creature along the way.
The Mane Six and two former princesses are imprisoned in Tartarus — the place that once held Tirek and Cozy Glow. They are held separately. Although Discord, Starlight and other ponies lost their magic, they escaped in the chaos of the Final Battle and, together with creatures who resent the “Triumvirate”, are organizing resistance forces across Equestria; most creatures, however, have accepted their defeat — and their tragic fate…
